We offer digital e-books/lessons for download. All product descriptions, images, and prices are as accurate as possible.  We also offer physical products such as embroidery threads, ribbons and machine embroidered products such as burpcloths and towels. However, we do not guarantee that the product details are error-free, complete, or current.

3. Orders and Payments
Placing an Order: By placing an order, you agree to purchase the products listed at the price provided.
Payment: Payments are processed through bank payments (EFT). We do not store any payment details on our servers.
Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase.
Pricing: All prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR). We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
Taxes: All applicable taxes are included in the listed prices.

4.Digital Product Downloads
Digital Products: All e-books/Lessons sold on Lap en Lint Borduurgenot are downloadable. Upon purchase, you will receive access to download the files.
Delivery: As these are digital products, no physical shipping is required. You will receive your product through a download link once payment is confirmed, usually within 2-3 working days (weekends/public holidays excluded)

5. Refunds and Returns
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales the e-books/lessons are final, and no refunds or returns are offered.

Issues with Downloads: If you experience any issues downloading or accessing your purchased products, please contact us at lapenlintborduurgenot@gmail.com, and we will assist you.
